Title: update connection problem

every time i try to update it says couldn\'t connect to mirror Fragnetics

Well it\'s true that laanx ping isn\'t the best, but it looks like perhaps you\'re behind a firewall.
Try to configure it properly (either if it\'s a software or hardware one)

i got norton still on

i pinged the server it said sever not responing

try disabling norton firewall and see if it works.
If it does, most software firewalls have an assistant mode that lets you create a specific rule for an application to allow outbound/inbound connections, normally that assistant is user-friendly and prompts to allow or not that application to connect remotely through a given port number to a remote host. Allow the update application to have ports opened.
