Title: Leveling up
Post by: Helandor on July 09, 2005, 05:14:38 pm
Yes u can tell im new, and i did try to look this up but couldn\'t quite find it so i just decided to post it.

I understand that u fight, u get Experience, then u get progress points, so ur progress points aren\'t ur level?

so with progress points u buys skills from NPC\'s which train you (kinda obscure and different concept..).

And one last question, so there are no real \"Levels\" in the game? if so, how do i find out mine or someone elses?

You can\'t check other people\'s \"skill lvl\'s \" but you can check your own by clicking the skill icon wich is in the top of the shortcut window. The progression points aren\'t you\'r level , but the amount of points you can spend to upgrade your skills . Also remind that training skills with pp will cost you money . Some skills cost more , some less .

It costs you about 42 trias and one progression point for a training session with a trainer NPC.
Skills require several sessions before you can advance. The more the yellow bar overlaps on a skill the more training sessions you need to advance in that skill.
