Title: Character issues

i have realized after a few hours of play that my character was incorrectly generated.... i believe that a new character is ment to start off with 5 pp\'s but i had none, i\'m not sure as to the money either because i also had 0 of this as well...

could someone please verify if it\'s the game or if its the standard amount given to new characters...
