Title: Accessing Options from the Main Screen

I think we should be able to access options from the main screen, that way people who need to turn off sound to play can do it without the graphics of the game messing them up, and they may need to do other changes too, like changing your auto-pvp accepts and declines.

You can change options by editing the config files by hand.  And, sound can be disabled through the setup program.

Though, I agree, accessing the options from the first screen would be a very simple and  useful feature to have.
