Title: Why cant i get hardware acceleration!!

Whenever i start up it says \"No Hardware Acceleration!\" and when i play its sooooooooooooo laggy. I got a Matrox G450 Multi-Monitor and i got 4 monitors. Plz help :S !!

EDIT: I got it to stop sayin no hardware accel. but its still as slow or maybe slower.

4 moniters!!! thats crazy

you could add a -nolightmapping to the command/target line

No hardware acceleration means that your graphic card - from what I know - doesn\'t support it.
That means that instead of OpenGL renderer you should use Software one.

If not, you probably get something really slow because your graphic card driver is not updated. You can try to do that.

Get the newest display drivers you can, or uninstall your existing ones and reinstall.. it may help

well ive stopped it sayin no hardware accel by gettin new drivers but it says it works best in 24bit or 32bit but its in 32bit anyway. its still very very slow and how do i do that no light mapping thing? or that other thing about OpenGL?

PS: its my dads comp, he needs all the screens but it looks funny. Its like hes luther off mission impossible with all the screens lol.

What is 32 bit anyway? When it complains about that you have to go :
right click your desktop-> properties -> settings-> colors and there change it to 32 bits.

It is very slow probably because of your graphic card. You should probably play using software renderer if you haven\'t changed already.
