Title: Problem to load the world...

Hi everybody! I\'m a new player of PlaneShift.
I created my character but when I want to play, there is a bug: it\'s impossible to load the world.
Could you tell me what is the problem please?

we\'ll need more information.

Normally a message pops up telling an error number.
Use this webpage http://command.no-ip.com/dmp/ and check if it\'s listed there, if it has a known solution, you\'ll find also in that web.

Most commonly, crashes are related to sound, so, as I first try, you\'d try to disable (turn off) sound using the pssetup utility, you can launch it from your ps directory or through start menu.

Ok, thank you!
I have ever disable the sound but it still doesn\'t work.
There was an error message at the begining, but it doesn\'t appear now.
I\'ll try the URL you gave me. ^^

Oh! There is a new error. It says: \"DBGHELP.DLL not found\".
Do you know what does it mean?

Have you tried to search through the forum? I think there are similar threads about it, if I remember right.
