Title: Please help this guy out!!!

Ive seen some of the other threads with my same problem,but i was wondering if ther was a way to fix it. I just started this game yesterday but as soon as i get to where it says initiating world, it crashes. Is it because im running Windows XP???

                         Time of test: 5:30 pm pacific
                         OS: Windows XP
                         Processor:P 3
                         RAM:384 Mgs  
                         Video Card:Radeon 8500 LE
                         Video Card Memory:128
                         PS Client Version:1.004
                         OpenGL or Safe Mode:safe mode
                         Description of the bug:unable to access game further than initializing world after connecting with the server.
