Title: Adjustable Chat window

I just like the idea.  I have had many times when I was following conversation that I spent too much time scrolling that I could have spend reading/productively engaging in the RP aspect of the game.

Not really a major prob, this would only be a future perk if ever implimented.  I am sorry if this is already available, but I can\'t do it and am trying to figure it out.

There\'s a square at the right bottom part of the chat window that serves this function.
Another issue is the automatic scrolling bug, text with more than one line, currently messes the display, as well as tell commands. Fortunately, this things seem to have been corrected in CVS.
