i have a working account. I played for days, then my HD crashed and i had to re-install the game and now i get this message everytime I try to log in.
As you see i can still log into the forum and an already change my passwort < as someone told in a anothet thread >
plz any1 have a clue ?

The fact that you can log in this forum doesn\'t prove that you should be able to log in the game.
For instance, the username is clearly different, as you use Cenedig in the forums, but, in the game, you use a email account (you have to type your entire e-mail address) and your chosen password.

I have bookmarked the forums for PS. When i go to that bookmark and
put in my username and pw -- nothing happens. It rejects my information So either i use the bookmark for http://www.planeshift.it or I click on the top ? mark and it takes me to the PS website. From there i go down to jan 2005 news and in the mac announcement section is \"Forums\". I click on that
and it takes me to the Forums of PS. I put in my username and pw and immediately I am logged on. Why will the forums not recognized my username and pw when i go directly to the Forums?. Been doing this for a month at least.
I did a search on\"forum log on\" and got 532 themes of which this was one of the shortest.

A few days ago after I had gone to the PS website and click \"forums\", I bookmarked the PS forums site again and it was identical to the old bookmark that was not working. Nevertheless, i deleted the old bookmark and used the new bookmark for the PS forums and noticed that even as a guest it was working as it should. And after going off and re=entering PS Forums I could log in directly. Everything is working fine now since a few days ago. :D

Today after playing for some hours PS crashed... I closed it and restarted PS, but when i try to log in, game says: \"No account found with that name\" ?(
I retyped e-mail, password, but still nothing, restarted the game, still the same \"No account...\"
I know that I didn\'t type the wrong e-mail, I checked...
PS! Last few times when PS crashed during playing, I didn\'t start it again after few hours... so dunno maybe it\'s temporary, server still thinks that the account is in use...
(optimistically, I hope it is like i think it is :P)

The accounts table was corrupted and I had to do a repair on it. As a result we lost some accounts ( ~9 ). Unfortunantly I am not sure which ones were lost. If you had an account before but not now send me an email (acraig@planeshift.it) with:
1) The email account that was working
2) Your character(s) that you had on that account.
Chances are that you may have to re-create your account but I can re-assign your characters back to the re-created accounts.
