Title: PLease help! i cant run the game!

i start up ythe game, made my character, and attempted to get in the game, its almost loaded and im really excited then a mesage comes up saying something like unknow adress c/ps.exe.please help me!
i have windows, anyway. i really wanna play it after 1 hour of download. =(
