Title: I cant play the game =(

please help me! i cant play the game. i created my character, started trying to play, loaded up to right near the end,then an error message appeared and the game started not responding! please help cos i really want to play it.

ps. i have WINDOWS system thing.

It will be of use to give the exact error number that pops up.
Anyway try disabling sound using pssetup utility, that usually solves the most common crashes right now.
Start->Planeshift Crystal Blue->Planeshift Setup then turn sound off and launch.

EDIT: Perhaps you should try to update the client if you haven\'t done that yet. To do that, simply select the planeshift updater prior launching the planeshift setup utility.
