I am forced to start a new one:

What\'s the job of a rule developper ?

What\'s a WTB member ? What\'s their job ?

rules i think are things like how much damage you hit for with what stats blah blah maybe?

and then WTB is want to be member, they are developers just not full team members, they make stuff towards the game test new thing and the like.

fken, you\'re in IRC all day... why don\'t you just ask there? Or search? People have asked this before, you know.

Rules devs deal with the maths behind balancing the game, monster loot, stats, regeneration rates, things like that.

WTB stands for \"Want-To-Be\". When someone joins the team, they start off as WTB. After a few years of dedication, they may be made into a full member. blueCommand was the last WTB to be promoted, afaik.
