Title: Help Please.

Ok I have reinstalled PS and the update twice, but after I start the download for the update, it says it need to update the updater.  Ok thats fine with me, but then after it updates the updater goes black, with only the words showing and the two updater bars.  Then after it says 1% updated it does 2% but the two goes ontop of the 1% and the one does not dissapear.  Then where it says what it is updating it over what it has just said, like as if the old text is just staying in its place.  You touch anything and it starts to blur and skip everywhere.  I just don\'t know what to do and I just wanna play! :( what do I do!!!
