wenever i try to go to the second town i get and sumtimes at other random places my game crashes and i get an EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION at 7C00724A n e idea why or how to fix it???

now its evan worse wen ever i try to join the game with my char it says it i cant evan play now and i already spent a couple hours on this char WAHHHH!!!!!!!
