Title: looking for some Mafia men

I?m looking for some guys to be in the Mafia. if you don?t know what we do we perform various tasks. Such as settling guild disputes and simple hits etc? Hear you\'ll be respected not just one in a million or some no-name guy like in other guilds. Every position is open. I?m looking for someone leet to be my right-hand man. The positions in some detail are along with payment:

Right hand man - he is my main man, the one who the busyness goes to if something is to happen to me. This guy needs no be leet and smart, he\'ll be making allot of deceptions-really rich

Associates/board -I need about five or six of these guys, they will make dissections and that. These are high on the later. Needs to be somewhat smart-high paid

Negotiators -these people will settle any disputes we are called into. (Violence is a last resort)-high paid

Bodyguards/assassins/hired guns - these people need to be skilled in killing, but that?s about it. Medium pay

Foot solders -were most people will start. You?re the people that are sent to war. Don?t worry you can work up the ranks.

It is nice to promote your guild, it is another thing to make rediculous statements like this. Just using my guild as an example: I respect my members, if i didn\'t respect them, they would not be in my guild, and my players aren\'t no name either. ElementzWarriors and Ev3ry0n3sBryd3 also aren\'t no-names, people recognize them and link them to OoJ. The other members are only no-name because they are hanging back until the next release. Now, this is just for me, but i\'m positive it is the same for other guilds.

The Mafia? I dunno, but that doesn\'t sound all that RPG-like to me.
And I think that that Hired Guns rank i see in your post above kinda supports my point a bit  :) .
