Title: Ancient Ruins
Post by: Avarus on August 08, 2005, 04:43:13 pm
Maybe I haven\'t searched and explored enough, but everybody talks about Ruins (Ancient or not), but I\'ve never seen it. I was searching the Ojaveda Region and found nothing but death (fallen down a hill, killed by a huge monster and so on...). Is it just a myth and nonsense, or does it realy exist. If so, where should it be? Tell me please...

You are talking about the shrine of wrath...?

hmm I don\'t remember the path well, there was once a map, if I remember right it is on the left side of the path to odjaveda..-

I\'ll try that first. As far as I can remember I alsways went to the right. And now I also remember that there was a map posted on the forums about the Ojaveda Region.

there are some ruins beyond the trepor plain. they are well guarded by uberbnauts. so there must be something worth while there.

The easiest way to get there is to look for the stalagtite that goes all the way up to the ceiling of the cave.  With your back to the main path it is just to the left of that.

I have explored them well, mapped the wilderness too (but it\'s mine, all mine, hehehe) Anyways, I like talking to the Enkidukai working there.

There\'s also another ruin... A large stone face with an open mouth, I cannot see if it goes anywhere, I wish it did.

While the jumping bug wasn\'t fixed yet, before you nearly died everytime you tried to fly, I used it to finally get up there. (http://home.comcast.net/~drago-kazov/stoneface01.jpg)
Its hollow but doesn\'t go anywhere.  Hope that didn\'t ruin the mystery for anyone.   :D

Isn\'t it used for junk-disposal?

There\'s the face, and there\'s the ruins.... the ruins are an abandoned city on the other side of the valley.

I think the Ulbernauts are guarding a few walls, nothing more than that. But how can I get to that stone face (haven\'t seen it yet)

Walls, and a trainer.

where is the Trainer? I am currently at the ruins, but there are only the Ulbernauts and one Rouge-like creature.

Don\'t know where she is, but I do know she (Nyshyn Klanna) trains agility (100-130), climbing, find traps, lockpicking and anti-magic

In the ruins there is a staircase leading down, but I cannot jump there yet, as I simply get sutck.  Perhaps its that which is so important.

Leave it to your friendly neighborhood Explorer.   :]
But you can\'t fit into the staircase anyway.

You canot enter inthere. The evil wizard that colapsed the Yinoritt temple magicaly sealed the entrance to the temple\'s dungeons.

I\'m a dwarf, so I will take my pickaxe and dig myself a way trough with a spoon (forget that pickaxe), and when I\'ve come to the wizards, I will eat their hats and bash open the doors! And then I will be in Walhalla or something, and chambers filled with circles and shovels (what...I like shovels. Who cares about that single room with shovels)
