Title: My Brother's last name

Me (Kulsag Ranor) and my brother Andrew (Beril Lerak) want to both have the last name Ranor in game, Since I know GMs do this for weddings, i would like to know if it would be ok for us to share a name anyways ways since we are brothers.

apparently you have to use periods for spacing. but that would be the best place to start.

or better than periods you can use quotation marks, or there is a chance that they are fixed?

Indeed! /petition \"I would like the last name of my brother (Beril) to be changed to Ranor\"
If you don\'t put the quotation marks it\'ll appear like this in the petition window:
