Hi I am trying to install Planeshift on my AMD64 box which is running Ubuntu Hoary.
I downloaded PlaneShift_CBV0.3.010.run from http://planeshift.xpam.de/. When I run the downloaded file, I get the a message \"bash: ./PlaneShift_CBV0.3.010.run: cannot execute binary file\"
What\'s going on here??
The MD5 checsum of that file is 275b9f1da09fecf3409c5fb37667ac10.
Is the file corrupt?
EDIT: Yes the file was a little bit too small, re ran bittorrent and that solved that problem. Sorry for the trouble caused.

No, the problem is the permissions
Try
chmod 755 PlaneShift_CBV0.3.010.run && sh PlaneShift_CBV0.3.010.run
and you should be fine.

Once you\'ve installed that you will need to get this file before you can play the game:
