my menu bar is gone and so are those 3 litle arows that bring it back. anyone know what i can do?

edit the file planeshift.cfg in your planeshift folder, and find the following line:
PlaneShift.GUI.ControlWindow.Visible = false
change that to:
PlaneShift.GUI.ControlWindow.Visible = true

ok i found the file but now how do i open it?

open it with Notepad.exe
