Title: Run Time Error

Help!  I am getting a reu time error when I start the game.  I have done all updates, checked the hardware accel and even restarted the computer.  Nothing works.  Error states \" Run Time Error - C:\\Program Files\\Plane Shift Crystal Blue\\ps client.exe\"  once I hit the ok button the program shuts down.  Please help.  Thank You
