They all seem to be ice skating instead of walking =o) :D
In game Characters can walk up anything with a slant, house walls etc...thinking due to the case of making it easy to walk up steps
Also no text can be seen, i tried re-arranging and using different fonts but it does not help. This is all text that is not part of an image. Even tried unmarking the ; in the cfg file, trying for a right combo in the font server... ?( ?(
Also been trying to email Head director for a job to help out but no one replies back! ;( ;(
EDIT: Also when turning towards the main gathering center (the pit in center of town) everything lags, this is only when it is in view, if buildings are blocking it all is ok

From most of what i understand, most of that will be greatly improved upon after the tech demo
as for getting a job, they are all very busy people trying to get the next release done and wth real life so it takes a while, but it does help to ask vengeance or someone about it :P
