Title: After removal of software

I know this isn\'t a popular thing, but I uninstalled the software from my PC!
With that being said, I now have a DOS .EXE file placed on my Desktop despite runing the unstall app provided.  This little icon can\'t be deleted!  Says the file is in use.
File Name: Planeshift_CB V0.3.011

Any help please? Also, could there be some processes that have not been removed and are run on restart of the computer?
