Title: Boot up error

When ever i try to open the game it says

SCF_Warning: factory returned a null instance for crystalspace.kernel.vfs If error messages are not self explanitory, recompile CS with CS_Debug
Warning could not load plugin \"crystalspace.kernel.vfs\"!

ERROR: csinitializer::SetupConfigureManager failed!
Is you crystal enviorment variable set?
Exiting Planeshift. Press Enter

Odd isnt it? can someone shead some light on it for me
