Post by: java568 on October 23, 2002, 05:22:20 am
The screen does not align when I try to play the game, I can\'t use any buttons within two inches of the outer rim because of it! How can i align the screen so it is in the middle?

Look for this in psclient.cfg try adjusting it, tho it just sizes the border and does not resize the screen...

; Width/height of CrystalSpace visual
Video.ScreenWidth = 1024
Video.ScreenHeight = 768

or try

; Screen depth (currently supports 8, 15, 16, and 32 bits, NO 24 bits!)
Video.ScreenDepth = 16
; Use full-screen mode if available
Video.FullScreen = no

Change video fu.llscreen to opposite than what you currently have and resize in windows

I\'m having the same problem. When I open up the game, the buttons are off the screen and I am unable to get past the character selection screen.

But, when I try to open up the psclient.cfg file, a message pops up informing me that it cannot find AcroRd32.exe.

Can anyone tell me where I might be able to find that, or a site where I can download it. I downloaded Acrobat Reader 5.1 all over again, but still nothing...

Dont listen to TCD, he\'s an idiot. I hope he gets sued. Just open it with Notepad, and someone needs to ban TCD.

If Planeshift is set to 1024X768 but still doesnt fit perhaps your computer screen is set to a smaller resolution?

Right click on your desktop and choose properties from the pop-up menu. Choose the setting tab and see what your set at. Don\'t know if you\'ve already checked but hope it helps.
