I\'m wondering if a reaction of the npc toward the unpoliteness is planned.
For example:
you need a holy script, you go visiting the good npc and you say: \"holy script\"
It would be fine if there would be a kind of \"charisma magic\": the npc understand you but react toward you as if you were several charisma points less for a little time.
if you would have said : \"can i have the holy scipt please\" you wouldnt have lost your charisma points.
But, it\'s not only a problem of unpoliteness!
If you have to speak to a rogue, beeing too polite wont help you and the rogue will laugh at you (the charisma could be decreased if you are too polite ;-) )

Yess! That would be cool but FIRST we need to finish the actual npc chatting so it actually works decently. :P
-
I believe it is planned. It is in the decription of the charisma skill after all. :D
-
this is two different problems:
-> finish quest statement is a data issue
-> adaptive way of speaking is a quest system issue
I hope both of them will be done
-
Well the adaptive.. the wole dang chatting-with-npcs thing is totally messed up, the only word they understand is \"hi\" and \"bye\", some of em don\'t even understand that.
Once it actually works, all our questy problems will be fixed and then on to adaptive speakng :D
