No matter what i click and if i turn sound off and update it till does that.... any help.. if anyone knows how to do that?

try turning caps lock off

then, go into setup, see if you have \'all maps loaded\' or \'keep maps loaded\' checked, if oyu have, try unchecking whichever one, if you havent, try checking one, you can also try relighting areas using that part of setup, if it works
