The Hunters of Hel

Whether they follow one or not, all people of all races, know that there are two gods of this world. Laanx and Talad. At least this is what they think they know.
There are a special few who think differently. There were, according to the hunters of hel, actualy 3 gods involved in this underground world.
Laanx and Talad, who mean no harm, do what they do to gain faith and respect of their followers.
The third god, hel, has a much more sinister regime.
For thousands of years, while Laanx and Talad have quarreled, Hel has been waiting. Waiting and hiding. For hel did want to be found. Hel did not want followers. That would be her greatest strength. When she unleashes her power, and spreads desolation all over our perfect environment, no-one will have expected it. No-one will be able to put up any defense.
Luckily, we hunters of hel know. You may say we have no proof, but we know. Our ancestors knew, as did our ancestors, ancestors.
The Hunters of Hel are dedicated to finding the evil god before it is too late. We know she hides in the stone Labrynth\'s... and we will find her. It is unknown what we may do when we find her, but we will.
Until then, she waits. Waits, hides, and grows in might all the while.


Aside from all that fancy stuff, the hunters of hel are basically a neutrally aligned guild.
We try to be good, but do not mind committing evil to reach our goal.

Having been in a high position in the order of the blade, and running my own guild for another game, I have learnt a few things.

Bigger does not always mean better.
As a guild, our main aim is not to be the biggest, best or most powerful guild in PLaneshift.
This will be the type of guild where you know all the members. Not a guild where you are just added as another number to a long list of strangers.

Membership for this guild will not just be handed out. You dont have to be the fastest or the strongest.
We are more than happy to accept new members, we just need to get to know you first. If you are interested in joining, the best thing to do would be to send me an e-mail (dzito15@hotmail.com) or post here to let me know you\'re interested. Then come visit us in our IRC channel (#hoh on planeshift.ath.cx) or at our forums.
Becoming a member will probably also involve some sort of trial period.

We currently have 3 members

Your guild sounds interesting Silverblade and it sounds like you have some good, solid ideas to build on. Not sure what to make of the search for the hidden god though, are you paranoid and seeking evil where none exists, or am I just another poor deluded fool who fails to see the truth?

Sounds like a well-thought out guild silverblade, good luck :D as for your site, the same thing happens to me as with kada, i get some though, like the about section and homepage and memberlist, but the others redirect me

hhmmm... this is really strange, Ive tried it on several different computers and it worked fine.

Nah, j/k. Seriously though, all that stuff about Hel, the hidden god, wont really affect what we do as a guild, its just a bit of a background to add some atmosphere.

btw Hel, was taken from Norse mythology, She was the god of the underworld.

Anyone any idea why I can\'t access the site? The Los Otros guild site also uses web1000 and exactly the same thing happens - I just get directed straight to web1000.com ?(

Hmmm, this is quite annoying.

I really like web1000 because of the whole \"free - with no ads\" thing. But thats no good if people cant see it.

I\'m gonna keep that as the main site, but I\'ll see about uploading the site to another free server.

I currently have a little page at http://huntersofhel.0catch.com (http://huntersofhel.0catch.com), but the banner ad they put at the top kind of messes up the layout of the site. You may want to check out the little page I have there at the moment, however it doesnt provide much information.

In the meantime I will look for another good free web host.

OK, good news,

The website is now on two servers. If you go to http://huntersofhel.tk (http://huntersofhel.tk) you will get a page asking you which mirror you would like to use.

Mirror 1 is http://huntersofhel.rwjd.com, the new one, and should work for all you guys.

Mirror 2 is the old web1000 site, which I dont recommend you use, unless the other one doesnt work.
