Title: Invisible Button/Options Character Creation Options not appearing

Okay, so I\'m trying to make a new character and everytime I go to make one the same bull happens over and over. Sometimes I won\'t get the Jobs of parents or religion option, as in like nothing to select appears. Sometimes I won\'t get a sibling count, sometimes I won\'t get a life description, house set up, etc, etc. Am I missing a part of the program, do I need to upgrade can someone please help me out?!

If you havent upgrading once already then yes... otherwise... for some reason when i log in it says find server details or something and all the buttons words and my character is invisable then it gets it and i join in... so for me i think its just the lag between my comp and the server...
