read the player guide :)

use search function :)

ask questions in the help channel :)

if your a mage then yes xacha are ideal, although we are lacking in magic skills and power.

we only have liught leather armor available, it totals up to about 4000 tria for the set, it doesnt show up on your body yet but does assist slightly in weakening blows

Was it just an episode of cruel irony that made you choose your forum name?

There is only one type of armor, that barely works, and doesn\'t appear on your character. Also, the Dermorian model is used for the Xacha race, I believe (male, at least), so it\'s nothing special appearance-wise at the moment. Or anything else-wise, for that matter, besides the stats you start out with. It depends on what you want to do. They are usually a good choice for magic, but magic itself isn\'t very powerful at the moment.

May I suggest that you familiarize yourself with the Player Guide, as well as the sections available within the \"Story\" link on the main website? And using the Search feature of the forum is also an excellent way of finding answers to questions asked multiple times.

what race is the best is all up to you.

at the moment i would say that Xacha would not be a good race to choose. this is because as the other have said magic i very week at the moment... and even if you do make it strong enough to kill a rat it will cost you one hell of a lot of money...

having said that i use the dermorian race, these also are better equiped for magic rather than sword play or melee skills, but its up to you what you use as a chracter. I like elves thats why i choose an elf race i just didnt like the idea of being green or whatever.

either way if you are willing to put the effort in you can just train what ever skills you want in game... like many people have. at the moment it is not difficult to max all stats. but if you are looking to make a stong character go with kran or ynwnn (whatever the spelling).

and i would have to argue that you are not \"Planeshift #1 player\" how can you be with people like me to compete with... :P

I though Xacha were a human race so why would they use an elven model??

Nolthrir uses Dermorian mesh, Lemur and Xacha use the Ylian one for now :)

Ah! Stand corrected, thanks :D It gets too confusing keeping up with who looks like what when they are supposed to be something else entirely.

Oh and just a tip... shields are not implemented yet so they only assist in slowing your swings down... so IF you decide on a weapon bearer then get dual weapons instead of weapon and shield...
