Not bad, I like it.  A few tips though.  First, draw bigger.  I\'m going to assume you did this in pencil then went over it in pen.  That\'s pretty small.  You should try drawing on an entire page.  I know it\'s harder to get to look good, but that\'s the point of drawing big.  Second, add lighting.  Drawing bigger will give you room to put shadows and highlights in.  If you need a detailed tutorial on lighting you can look here (http://www.itchy-animation.co.uk/light.htm).  Third, you might just look at some anatomy books.  I know of one on the web that might help a bit too.  Someone on cgchat started an anatomy review and it is definitely worth taking a look at.  You can find it here (http://forums.cgsociety.org/showthread.php?t=253289&page=1&pp=15), here (http://forums.cgsociety.org/showthread.php?threadid=255700), and here (http://forums.cgsociety.org/showthread.php?t=259291).  The first one is probably going to help you the most, but I thought I\'d give you all 3 for good measure.  Keep \'em coming.  I look forward to seeing more.

As a suggestion to go along with ArcaneFalcon\'s, try using yourself as a reference for poses. Use a large mirror and position yourself as you would your characters, and pay attention to what looks believable. When pulling a bow, both arms are extended fully, though one will be bent at the elbow. But that elbow will not be so close to the chest. Also, definitely look into some anatomy books, or random studies :) Draw different parts of the body, over and over until you think you have a good handle on the way the muscles and shapes function beneath the skin.

Practice is key! :D

I would suggest you use a mirror, again :) Or take some quick photos, if you have a digital camera. Google a few archery images, for example, and pay attention to the way the fingers fold around objects. Try to draw what you see more than what you think you know ;)

try just studying your own hands in different poses also, flex them around, study the contours and maybe even feel around for subtle and not so subtle changes like bones, veins etc.
