i got my password changed and everything now what do i do to play the fricken game

Password changed? Bizarre. I\'ve no idea why you needed such a thing (or if you meant something else), but... enter your registered (http://laanx.fragnetics.com/register) email address and password into the downloaded (and updated) game client, and click Join.

Of course before all this, I would recommend you read the Player Guide, found on the main PlaneShift website.
