Title: error message while loading world

while trying to load the world i get the following error message:

something unexpected happened in planeshift: crystal blue details: exeptions_access_violations at 6fd43cf8

could anyone tell me how to resolve this problem?

Go to planeshift setup. All programs->planeshift-> planeshift setup and ensure that both sound and load all maps are disabled. Relaunch the game.

tried it, didnt do a thing, exactly the same thing is happening

Have you updated your game client (and graphics card drivers, just in case)?
