I make my character and try to upload him but all I hear is music and I cant connect. I try to get out but have to restart my computer.

Is my character not loading because the servers are down?

Also, I use ZoneAlarm Pro, can you tell me what specs to add so it allows the game. Whenever i usually join a game it pops up interupting it and i have to click ok, blahblah. I was just curious if you could tell me what to manually enter b/c if it popped up while joining the server it might crash the game. or not let me access it because i try to AltTab in PS but i cant!

use PS in windowed mode ( i mean not fullscreen ) so that you will still have access to other windows.

To do so, open the psclient.cfg and look somewhere at the end for a fullscreen thing  =)
