Try to put this one on your PS folder and rerun the updater, preferently in recover mode so you can see what\'s doing more precisely.

(I have the same problem) that file seems to be already in my folder.

You\'re supposed to replace the old with the new. Do not make a thread if you have already stated your problem, please.

Ok I repasted the one I downloaded, ran it in recover mode, double clicked the icon, and got the same result.
