Title: server connection problem

hello everyone!

I\'m trying to start the game, but I always get a 100% server fail...but apparently it is not down (according to the site)

What is going on?

please help, I\'d really like to play :-)

Please, try to use the search function to see if you can find information about this.
Commonly, it\'s caused by a firewall on your side, either a hardware one (router) or a software one.
If you\'ve a software one, try to run it in a \"guided mode\" so it prompts for allowing connections.
Theoretically, having a router configured by default should give you no problems so I guess it has to be with software firewall (perhaps the one windows enables by default?)

As Nilrem stated :) UDP port 7354 has to be open for server \"Laanx\".

Thanks a lot for the quick answer.
I fear I cannot open the required port (being in a campus network), so I guess there is nothing that can be done about that.
:-(

And was SO happy about a free mmorpg that runs on my mac.
