When i open the game client i put in my email, and password, a few seconds later it says \"The server is not running or is not reachable. Please check the website or forums for more info.\" I have no idea what the problem is, i dotn use firewalls or routers, and it worked the first time i tried logging in, and didnt work again from that point on. Any help would be appreciated.

Perhaps try to ping laanx.fragnetics.com, and see if the connection is timing out?

how exactly would you recommend i go about doing that?

If you\'re on Windows, hit Start -> Run, and type \"ping laanx.fragnetics.com\".

after a couple seconds the terminal just closed, does that mean im timing out? and if it does how do i fix it?

Not necessarily. Try to see what comes up before the window closes - a normal connection will give you replies, with bytes and time. If you are getting replies, the server is up and reachable, and the problem is somewhere around your end.

k it says:

and it said that 3 times, and then it said something else and closed a split second later.... so img uessing the problem is on my side.... any ideas for what i should do or check?

This is going to be a really silly question, but have you run the game updater?

yep, i did for sure, took quite a while to update but its done =]

Im having the same exact problem as you and I did ping that link and it says the exact thing. What is going on?

For future reference, making multiple posts on the same thing in multiple threads is a big no-no. Once is enough - the rest is pure spam.
