I think in a battle scene, there should be a greater sense of action ;) Try to think of a more dynamic pose - the characters look too stiff. Also, there\'s no reason for the negative (white) space to the left; it could easily be removed without changing anything in the image.

I cannot spot any race which usually appears in PlaneShift; so I can\'t rate this as \"Fan art\".

Fanart doesn\'t necessarily have to include things are are. It could have things that might be :) Granted, orc/goblin type of critters have a chance that is next to none of being seen in PlaneShift (though we do have gobbles), but as long as the art isn\'t something as \"mundane\" as an RL still life ;)

Oh, but it was a good-humoured exageration of an outside quality!  Surely, if he asks me to take it down I will do so with the upmost speed.  I think you might need to lighten up a bit. :-D

There was already a good artist who was about to (or actually did) leave PS community because of having art altered. Even though mosstex probably won\'t get as offended, I still don\'t think such things should be done to any form of creativity. What you did could discourage someone from further work on it.

And do whatever you want, it\'s not like I try to enforce you to do anything.

Well, in my opinion...


I would prefer more effort in case of serious providing of fan-art.

And more effort in building readable sentences, using a bit more time for checking orthography and grammar before sending, if possible... ;)

Well I know we should all be conscientious about stealing people\'s art and using it for our own devices. Even just to share it. It\'s illegal. Plain and simple. But I\'ve had my art stolen and used so many times that I\'ve stopped worrying about it. I have adopted a new policy in my life (for my own work anyway) if I digitize it and post it, then I _expect_ it to get stolen and used to sell feminine hygiene products or laxatives. I lost control over it when I posted it online. So it\'s sort of a conundrum for me. Yah, they stole it and they shouldn\'t have, but I asked for it by making it available. Does anyone else have any feelings on this issue?

I applaude anyone\'s effort to post their work here no matter how long it took them. Keep them all coming.
