Title: help Please :(

I have tried everything I know to get on too PS. The message I keep getting is the server is not running or reachable. I know that it is!!! What can I do now? Please forgive me if there is an answer in the forums I looked and could not find:( (new to this sort of thing)

yes I have updated. I also tried the recover...not excactly sure what it does but it helped the last time I had this problem which was yesterday :(

well I am back to the same problem....sigh :(

/me is going to cuddle with a pillow and hopes PS is working tomorrow!!!
