Title: ..... Whats going on here?

When ever i try to open the updater like the installer highly recommends to do all i see r like lines instead of words so i dont know what does what and also when i try to open the ps setup to configure the settings it doesnt open. Also my computer has the recommended stuff if that might have anything to do with it at all.....

um, well... my computer has a auto updater but as far as graphic drivers i am clueless on so if you might be able to explain that alittle more then I might know what you mean.

well the updates r working wether i can read what i hit or not but it would be nice to know why i cant even read anything. Also i checked with my manufacturer and it says i have the most up to date graphic card driver.. but i have a feeling that my computer just plain sucks either that or i could have like a virus eating me from the inside out... and i really hope thats not the case.
