Title: Real Big Prob Plz Help

2 Days ive had this game and so far ive managed to get bout 5 minutes playing time due to sever problems but now servers are up but im gettin a whole new problem.

Something unexpected happened in Planeshift: Crystal Blue.

Would you like to save a diagnostic file?

never had this prob before ive tried upgrading in normal and recover mode the sound is off but still no dice for me. Got any other suggestions by the way i aint a computer wizz so if ya can please use simpler terms.

The servers is going up and down as a rollercoaster, and if you exit PS, you can get an error. Post your dumpfile here (http://command.no-ip.com/dmp/)
