Title: NPC's?

I know this question has probably been asked and sorry if it has, but when will the NPC\'s be back up?  It\'s starting to get boring playing the game because I can\'t bring my stats up any higher since I\'m out of PP.  If anyone has an answer please tell me.

The NPC server goes up and down, usually staying alive for few hours every two-three days or so.
And keep in mind Planeshift is aimed for role-playing. Not for mindless stats boosting. You should get some fun from role-playing in some way too.

I know I role-play and stat boost, I just can\'t really do any missions that require like skins off of animals its just really hard.
