Title: do we have to contribute to play?
Post by: shmoo on November 15, 2005, 03:01:13 am
Just like the title says... do we have to be contributors to the game in order to actually play the game? I have some friends who might like this game, but they are in no way game developers in any sense.

Well maybe just this once ...

Just kiding.  Please invite everyone you know to play, just make sure they know that this game is still very much in development. :)

Good Luck.

aye! you don\'t need to provide models for races or code or anything. just support your local tavern by buying an ale and give a tria or two to your local minstrel.

*cough* that would be me. XD

By playing the game and interacting with other players and NPCs, we\'re creating and sharing experience with the game developers. I have never written a word of programming language in my entire life (why should I? ;) ) but I have advised newbie players, pointed out some interesting facts to senior players, and have also given out some ideas on new quest development in the game. The idea is to \"adopt\" planeshift not only as a game, but as a baby. We shall \"cause\" it\'s development! :)
