Title: Is this a bug or not?

Hello all,

I\'m not sure which is the appropriate forum for this, so if this isn\'t it, please let me know or move this thread.

I have tried a few times to go up the tall wondowless tower by the gate, and every I\'ve tried, I have fallen through the second wood ladder and died. Is this a bug, or have I just not figured out the trick to it?

It should be possible to get up there. Have you tried inching this way and that a few times, perhaps jumping over a few steps?

I had to fly (when I was able to) over those steps...
