Title: Is it me or the server?

Hello,

After today\'s latest crash, Frangetics seems to have a consistent ping time of about 250-300ms for me, yet I\'m getting the \"server unreachable\" message. Any ideas out there?

Server seems to be unreachable indeed:

In those cases the server is stuck in a loop somewhere.  So we will have to try to track that down to see what the cause of it is.  If it is stuck than see if I am on irc and send me a PM.  If I am online I can restart the server.  I\'m not normally in #planeshift during the day so use a /whois or ask one of the other team members.

Hello again,

Sorry to bug you folks, but now I\'m more confused. I\'m still getting the same ping times and \"unreachable server\" message. However, when I check http://laanx.fragnetics.com/index.php?page=char_stats the current time and report time are only 2 seconds different and the \"players online\" list updates (along with the number online) every time I hit the refresh button. Is it possible that there\'s something wrong on my end?

EDIT: Never mind, it\'s working now. :)
