I have:

Type: Desktop
S.O: Windows
CPU: celeron 2400
MEM: 512
Graphic card: Radeon 9200
-----------------------------------

issue:

the game is always on the 40 fps for a while but then it gets down to 0.5...it is always \"breaking\" i have the game with 16 depth\'s when i put 32 it always gets 0,5, 1fps. ( sorry my English)
I already installed the omega drivers.

Using Planeshift Setup: Start-All programs-planeshift-planeshift setup

try changing the texture downsampling bar, and see if that helps.
You can also report where you get those fps drops, if they happen in plaza or near it, is an issue that lot of people is having; neither CS or PS have a fully optimized code, so probably you\'re using gpu time to load things that shouldn\'t be loaded or that aren\'t significant and that causes the low fps.

You can also confirm that you don\'t have any utility running on the background that uses lots of cpu or hdd time.

msn, irc is off. Even the explorer.exe is shutdown.
i have the setup at minimum settings.
