Title: How to reduce darkness?

I need to reduce darkness. I have the maximum brightness on monitor, but without efect. I heard it can be reduced using -fullbright. Please, tell me what it is and how do I use it.

Read the Guide, particularly the part about PSClientCMD.jar.
