hi,
My friend has a Mac. and she has a problem:
First she couldn?t download the game,it stopped in 52%
i had download it for her with my windows and gave it to her in a CD.
She has installed it without any problems,but now the updates doesn?t work and she can?t log in the game.
She has a password and e-mail,she has entered it but
it says it doesn?t exist or she couldn?t enter the game,i can?t remember yet.Please help!!
What can we do?

has she got the confirmation email to tll her that her account has been activated?

Bear in mind that forum accounts and game accounts are different things :) Some mistake one for the other. The Downloads (http://www.planeshift.it/download.html) section on the main PlaneShift website offers instructions for creating an account:
To play PlaneShift you have to download one of the files below depending on your platform, and then register a new account (http://laanx.fragnetics.com/register/).
After filling in and submitting the registration form, you will receive an email with a link to the activation page. If there is a problem with account activation, check these (http://planeshift.oodlz.com/wbboard/thread.php?threadid=12002&boardid=17&styleid=4) two (http://www.planeshift3d.com/wbboard/thread.php?threadid=19502&boardid=17&styleid=4) threads. When activation is complete, start the game, type your email address in the \"username\" field, type your password in \"password\" field, and click \"Login.\" You will then be brought to character selection screen, and since you are new player, you will have to create a new character (simply click on the first empty slot).
