Title: Problem encountered

Whenever I\'m playing i get an error that asks if I want to save a diagnostics file... I do and nothing happens.. Then the next time I log on, it does the same thing.. whats going on?

Let\'s go through some precaution steps :) Disable sound from PS setup, make sure you have updated (and perhaps try again in recover mode - there has been an update recently), and try to change your skin from the default to stone (also available through PS setup). Any change?
