I regret that I will not participate in these forums anymore. Zanzibar has decided to post on every subject I do because I have said I want nothing to do with any posts he makes. This makes me have to go back on my word or locks me out of every subject I post in.
Hopefully, he doesn\'t decide to target me in game, I will leave it too. I came here to have fun, not be targetted by someone who\'s idea of fun is ruining everyone elses.

If I post in your threads, it\'s because I find the topic to be interesting. Or inflammatory. One of those two.
I have in no way targetted you. In fact, I find it strange how much effort you have put into targetting me, up to and including this very thread. It\'s very suspicious.

At last! You have finally admited your suspcions! it was Kythag who runs the cabal that follows you around at night and currpots your words to make you seem more inflamitory then you mean to.
In other words, if you address what people say, repeatedly, in detail, examining it for flaws in how they say... it can tend to drive a sane person up walls.

Kythag has accused me of targetting him. He\'s only been on the boards for a few days, and he\'s made a point of replying to my posts often and with a certain tone. He\'s making a scene of \"leaving the boards\", and has blamed it on me. Further, he has suggested that I might further \"target\" him in-game.
These are personal attacks. Unfair ones. In response, I\'ve said that I have no more targetted him than he has targetted me. Further, I called his actions suspicious. I think that all these things were well within my bounds given his actions.
What alarms me is that instead of chastising him, you have once again taken this as an opportunity to sling mud in my direction. It\'s good to know that the head of the GMs doesn\'t carry personal grudges.

Kythag... Kythag... For some reason I find sympathy for this nick... You\'re one of the people making decent posts, aren\'t you?
Anyway don\'t stop frequenting the forums just because of zanzibar. Hardly anyone (if anyone at all) likes him, but you still see us around here :P
Just ignore his posts. Many of the people around here already do. And I was told by 3 out of 4 people from here that I talk with on regular basis to do so as well :P
Don\'t make him even more of a curse than he is already xD
And yes, we all know he\'s a forum issue, but this thread doesn\'t belong here ;)
It\'s pretty personal so might not even fit Hydlaa Plaza.

secondly, kythag, are you stopping using the forum all together just because what one person says... thats pretty weak, zanzibar has quite a few \'fans\' here, if all of them decided to do what you are going to do we would be left with some people who are not \'fans\' of zanzibar. what im saying is you might want to look at what moogie says and not roll over and die so easily.

Anyway, as everyone else has said, don\'t let zanzibar drive you away. I haven\'t had an opportunity to get into a serious clash with him yet, so I don\'t know whether what he was doing was just or not... I do know that I\'ve been in an argument with Verrliit and that was quite something. If I\'m still here after that, you can remain after some arguments with zanzibar.
P.S. I\'m sure it is nothing personal; he just likes to post in controversial threads.

I think the first rule of the forum is not to take anything zanzibar says personally, and if you can\'t do that then ignore him completely. With myself in a close second. Or first, depending on who you are.
You\'ve made some intelligent posts, and unlike zanzibar you seem willing to actually discuss the subjects in an open way. So yeah, more people like that need to be here. But if you take it all personally and have no way of changing that, then I suggest you do leave, because it will do nothing but make you angry which isn\'t that fun.

Wow, someones going to leave because of Zanzibar :P... look for one dont ever take him serious.. sure he acts like a prick sometimes but its only one person.. dont let him have that much control over you. And another thing, try never to make rash decisions :).

hmmm, if i left everytime someone got on my nerves I would have left already.... wait.. i did once...
thinking about it i would have left a few hundred times over.
fact is, and I\'ll say it bluntyl, I hate Zanzibar :] his acts grow tiring on my patience as of late, let alone beforehand when i frequented ingame GMing often.
everytime Pirakika (my GM (one of (OMG shock Zanzibar i was that GM that day :D))) takes a breath, Xordan gets a complaint e-mail form Zanzibar.

This has become a thread of hatred and finger-pointing, and it fills me with sad. I do not feel that more posts will add anything new, so I hope no one minds if I end it right now.
Kythag, your choice - though I\'ve noticed that you want to leave the forums only and not the entire community, so there is some relief. However, any forum requires its posters to grow a thick skin - for among large groups of individuals, arguments and debates and disagreements sprout a-plenty. It shouldn\'t be enough to push anyone away. I have experienced so many moments myself when an individual here or there seemed to have been determined to drive me mad ;) More often than not it was just a misunderstanding, and I\'ve gained a lot more from staying.
