Title: HELP! IT WORKED ONCE BUT NEVER AGAIN!

I am running windows XP
I played the game once logged in and it all worked fine.
I could walk around the world and see the other person(no not plural) and talk with him.
I guess thats all should of been able to do, but i didn\'t see any other \"levels\" or openable doors, but i guess there not done


anyway my problem is that after about 10 mins of playing i got the message planeshift has crashed we are sorry for the inconvience blah blah blah, would oyu like to send the information microsoft. and now every time i try to log on i get the message, always

can someone please help me? ?(
